Learn how to wrap your own hrustula and try to decorate paprenjok. The recipe for the paprenjok is 500 years old, but the one we’re making for you is a bit fresher 😉
In its five centuries of history on the island the Stari Grad paprenjok summarizes the island way of life and its rhythm.
In 2008, the paprenjok was acknowledged by UNESCO and registered as intangible cultural heritage of the Republic of Croatia.
